A guide to care choices
What would the whole plan cost?
Ask for a written total with each charge named. A visit fee and a treatment price may describe different parts of the plan.
Is there a single memory-care price?
There is no reliable total here for what you would pay for memory-peptide care. Ask the service for a written estimate naming the visit, any tests, the medicine and follow-up.
Ask what is payable before the visit, what follows only if agreed, and what repeats. Compare quotes over the same period.
What belongs in the quote?
- AssessmentThe visit or review fee
- TestsAny tests being proposed
- MedicineThe named product and supply
- Follow-upRepeat visits, fees and renewals
For each part, ask whether it is included, optional or billed apart. Then ask for the total after any introductory offer ends.
Is there any useful price benchmark?
A check dated September 26, 2026 found regular cash prices of roughly $30 to $60 for selected common blood tests on commercial lab pages.
Those prices were for selected individual blood tests, not packages of several tests; some orders also had a separate fee.
The packages checked contained different sets of tests, so their prices were not a direct comparison.
That is context for a lab quote, not a memory-care price or a list of tests you need. Ask which tests the clinician proposes, why they are needed and what your own bill would be.
What about a membership?
If a quote includes a membership, ask what it pays for. Is the clinician’s time included? Are medicine and tests separate? Does it renew by itself?
Ask for the usual price after a promotion, the cancellation terms and any charge for stopping. Keep a copy of the written answers.
How can I compare quotes fairly?
- Match the assessment format and what it includes.
- Ask which charges repeat and how often.
- Ask whether the quote assumes insurance will pay.
- Get a separate answer for what happens if no medicine is prescribed.
Leave a blank space where a cost has not been answered. A missing price is still an open question.
